Small Town Christmas

In case you haven’t noticed, we really love our hometown.  If not for the sturdy mountains protecting us, the swaying trees surrounding us or the flowing river guiding us; it’s truly our community that makes Stevenson and Carson one of the best kept secrets.

Uhhhh, well … I guess the cat’s out of the bag now!

But, you know, we’re ok with that.

We have so many amazing memories of the holiday spirit throughout Gorge year after year. Things happen here that you just don’t get in a big city.

It’s the attitude. The people. The perspective. The giving.

It gives us warm fuzzies inside and we think it might give you the same.

This weekend is Christmas in the Gorge. Have you heard about it? Hands down, it’s the most wonderful time of the year.

Local merchants support this delightful affair throughout the entire weekend of Dec 1-3. Events are taking place around-the-clock at every business!

Here is just a glimpse of what’s going on — Caroling, a Christmas Tree Lighting, the Starlight Parade, a Bazaar, a Bake Sale, and Santa Pictures.

There are freebies, drawings, lights, gifts, food, drinks, and most importantly, the small town Christmas spirit!

Find the details and much more on the Schedule of Events.

We’ll see you there!

Tell us, what’s the best way to celebrate Christmas?
